1. Subscription Model
Our standard pricing is ₹10 per student per month. This is billed monthly or annually based on your active student count. We don't charge for training, onboarding, or basic support.
2. No Hidden Costs
No setup fees, no update fees, and no per-user fees for teachers or parents. You get every feature of the Abitkind platform for one flat daily rate.
3. Data Export & Cancellation
If you decide to leave Abitkind, we will never hold your data hostage. You can export all your school records in common formats (CSV/Excel) at any time. There are no cancellation penalties or long-term lock-ins.
4. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. While we host on high-speed AWS servers, we cannot be held responsible for local internet outages at your school location.
5. Responsible Use
As a school administrator, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. You agree to keep login credentials secure and use the portals for school management purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Abitkind is a management tool. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the school retains final responsibility for verifying important financial and academic records.
